Director, Enterprise Integration Services

Parexel seeks a Director of Enterprise Integration to lead and execute Parexel's Enterprise Integration (EI) strategy, product roadmaps, operations, and program delivery services. The EI Leader is considered a subject matter expert in the functional/technical domain, program/service delivery management, industry-leading techniques, and best practices; and is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement and innovations associated with critical EI platforms. The role is responsible for all day to day EI activities and deliverables and providing strategic direction to the EI team.

Key AccountabilitiesLead EI strategic direction and implementation that considers critical relationships between multiple complex business processes, applications, and system platformsManage the fiscal year budget, plan, and synergy goalsManage key vendor relationships and ensure overall EI product delivery and service level agreements for Development, Operations & Support.Build strong alignment and partnerships across many businesses and IT organization unitsEvaluate business initiatives that need innovative EI solutions to integrate systems across existing and new businesses, mergers & acquisitions, and enterprise-wide system implementationsOperationalize API Management services and strategic API adoption supporting Digital transformationManage teams of EI leaders and staff, including Parexel Employees and contractorsPromotes effective employee engagement, career development, and succession planning for IT leaders and staff, including performance evaluations, hiring, and termination proceduresEstablishes and maintains collaborative relationships with other IT leaders as well as business leadership and staffCommunicates effectively and concisely to promote positive working relationships and achieve desired outcomesParticipate in the development, management, and monitoring of the overall Data Integration strategy to achieve and sustain benefitsQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Master's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience15 years of Information Technology Leadership experienceLeadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholderExceptional communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
