Effect of 3D Kinect Games With Google Cardboard on Motor Control, Cognition, and Quality of Life in Mild to Moderate Alzheimer's Patient
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder and the most common cause of dementia that accounting for 60% to 80% of all cases (Better, et al., 2023).
According to world health organization (WHO), more than 55 million people globally live with dementia, and this number is expected to rise to 78 million by 2023 and 139 million by 2050 (WHO, 2021).

Detailed Description
In the line with global epidemiology trend, the prevalence of AD is also rising at the regional level.
In the United States, approximately 6.2 million individual aged 65 and older recently living with AD, and this figured is expected to reach 13.8 million by 2060 (Doher et al., 2023).
Similarly, in Europe, the prevalence of AD is estimated at 5.05%, with a notably higher incidence in women (7.13%) as compared to men (3.31%) (Niu et al., 2017).
Moreover, Asia alone has a higher prevalence of dementia patients than both America and Europe.
A study conducted in tertiary care centers in Karachi showed that 63% of dementia patients had AD (Siddiqui et al., 2018).

Inclusion Criteria
- Alzheimer's disease of age between 50-85 years.
- Diagnosed AD stage Mild to Moderate.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Undiagnosed AD patients.
- Mental or neurological conditions like schizophrenia, Parkinson's, or stroke.

Experimental: Arms 1
Arm Description: Game-Based Rehabilitation received total 30sessions, 30 minutes/session, 5 times/week for total 6 weeks.

Experimental group will receive X boc kinect 360 bomb such as match makers, traffic control, mouse mayhem, strike a pose, pizza catch, flag frenzy, follow the arrow for 30 minutes for five days a week, for six weeks.

Placebo Comparator: Arm 2
Arm Description: Conventional Rehabilitation received total 30 sessions, 30 minutes/session, 5 times/week for total 6 weeks.

The intervention will run for 30 minutes (excluding rest period), five days a week, for six weeks (Deng, et al., 2025).
The patients will take 1-2 minutes rest after 5 minutes of activity.
Rest periods of 1-2 minutes after every 5 minutes of activity.
