Inklusionskriterier:

  • Histologisk bekræftet diagnose af kolorektalt karcinom med KRAS G12C mutation i tumorvæv.
  • Forudgående modtagelse af 1. linjes behandling i fremskreden CRC med et fluoropyrimidin-baseret kemoterapiregime indeholdende enten oxaliplatin eller irinotecan, og radiografisk dokumenteret sygdomsprogression på eller efter behandling.

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Forudgående behandling med en terapi rettet mod KRAS G12C-mutation (f.eks. AMG 510).
  • Forudgående behandling med et anti-EGFR-antistof (f.eks. cetuximab eller panitumumab).
  • Aktiv hjernemetastase
