Associate Manager – Data Analytics

Monitors the status of all data productions to ensure the timely delivery and appropriate acquisition of data from suppliers.

Formats data into a feasible form so that data can be input into systems; builds and reviews master schedules for products; applies company policies and procedures to resolve issues; monitors daily performance of all processing; monitors the data production environment, and responds to job failures. Collaborates with different technology and business departments within IQVIA coorporation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading a team of 6 direct reports
  • Defines and implements procedures and processes to monitor and control the data production process job flow to ensure on-time product delivery of databases and reports
  • Establishes and maintains a work schedule to provide production support on all platforms
  • Trains all Production Analysts in all aspects of the support function
  • Performs ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing processes with the objective of providing continuous improvements
  • Ensures that all newly-developed products can be supported within the Production Control environment
  • Performs the production support function in cases where workload or staffing require
  • Acts SME to support an off-shore production hub and may advise on the scheduling of day to day activities to ensure high quality, accurate and timely deliverables which meet requirements
  • May direct/coordinate the day to day activities of an off-shore production hub, to ensure high quality, accurate and timely deliverables which meet requirements
  • May provide direct support to client facing teams, business line initiatives or 3rd parties
  • May serve as a secondary escalation point for directing and resolving exceptions and complex queries

REQUREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years in market research / client service and/or operational environment. 
  • Bachelor´s Degree – ideally Maths / Statistics/ IT
  • Proficiency in Bulgarian and English
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is an advantage
  • Microsoft Office: Ability to create advanced reports on Excel and work with external files formats
  • R/SAS/Python: Ability to build new data mining process to review and generate reports with the findings
  • SQL: Ability to create simple/advance queries to retrieve the information
  • Analytic and creative problem solving skil
  • Data accuracy
  • Process management: experience in project and/or process management.
  • Time management: ability to meet strict deadlines while managing priorities.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with a customer service focused approach
