Proposals Assistant

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) company specializing in delivering life- changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a Proposal Coordinator you’ll be joining a fast-paced, driven environment that’s helping to make life-changing difference to patients by supporting the Pre-Sales department with proposal support and business data activities. Through the collaboration, and diversity, of teams the Proposal Coordinator is provided with multiple opportunities to excel and discover where your skills can take you.

What you will do:

As a Proposal Coordinator with Parexel you will support the pre-sales proposal development activities; attend kick off, strategy and budget review calls. Set up initial proposal workspaces, adding RFP information, team assignments and maintain systems with proposal owner. In addition, you will request vendor quotes. At proposal completion you will confirm all final documents are loaded and locked into Parexel’s systems. You may simultaneously support 10+ proposals and collaborate with many stakeholders.

Additional details:

Fluent in English (mandatory)

One to Two years in administrative role preferred.

Previous experience with CRM systems preferred.

SharePoint preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
