Data Integrity Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data during the production of IQVIA Belgium and Luxembourg information assets. 
• Investigate challenges, analyze complex business problems and make recommendations to improve on data quality and procedures whilst applying best practices
• Support commercial teams for the resolution of complex client queries and data related issues
• Manage team members and associated workflow ensuring deadlines are met for deliverables

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop a specialization into the assurance of IQVIA Belgium and Luxembourg data accuracy and consistency over its entire life-cycle
• Coordinate with Production teams in case of any issues with data and arrive at quick resolutions
• Lead complex pieces of data analysis and operational processes to answer business questions
• Support business where need arises to ensure on-time delivery to clients
• Support the wider organization by providing pertinent information to allow investigation of data quality
• Support Production for creating user stories using Jira, creating test cases and executing UAT for Data Integrity tasks
• Ensure process documentation of the team and support relevant process improvement
• Responsible for the performance management of team members

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of any relevant mathematical, scientific, engineering or computer science-based degree
• Proficient in MS Excel and SQL to write/execute queries and perform data analysis
• Knowledge of best practices for data quality checks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interpret and present complex concepts

• Good data analysis skills with understanding of data management and ETL

• Has an excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Knowledge of SSIS and/or Python is a plus
• Desired (but not essential) some awareness of big data and associated tools
• Experience in managing a team or leading a successful project is preferred
