Position Overview:

As a Translator in the Lifecycle Safety Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely translations of pharmacovigilance documents, from German to English and from English to German. Your responsibilities will include translating documents in alignment with timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will be involved in information management, providing support to the case processor team, and performing various administrative activities related to the role. Your expertise in language and attention to detail will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate pharmacovigilance documents accurately and efficiently, maintaining consistency in terminology, language, and content.

  • Ensure timely completion of translations according to established timelines and KPIs.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the specific translation requirements and context of documents.

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of translated documents, ensuring they are accessible and organized for easy retrieval.

  • Provide linguistic support to the case processor team, assisting in understanding and interpreting non-English documents.

  • Participate in quality assurance activities to review and verify translations for accuracy and adherence to guidelines

Skills & other requirements;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Translations (desirable).

  • Advanced level of English AND German, oral, written, reading level. Mandatory.

  • Previous experience translating documents.

  • Proficiency with computer and software applications (Microsoft Office)

  • Excellent attention to detail skills

Work modality:
  • Full Home based: you can work from home from any city of Argentina.

  • Full time, regular/permanent contract.
