Life, Science, Strategy Consulting

The European Strategy Consulting team is part of IQVIA’s Global Consulting Services function. The team focuses on partnering with clients to support healthcare and life sciences decisions across the commercial value chain and offer them value-creating partnerships that maximize their ROI. This includes (but is not limited to) brand and commercial strategy, value and access, portfolio strategy, corporate M&A, integrated digital health and AI/ML consulting.

The Role

In this role, you’ll be managing multiple complex global consulting projects and ensuring on time and on-budget delivery for clients in the life science industry. This exciting opportunity will allow you to identify and elevate potential new business opportunities so that together, we can help drive healthcare forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning, organizing, and managing resources for successful project completion
• Executing high-quality research and analysis
• Designing, structuring, and delivering client reports and presentations
• Developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for follow-on work and new leads
• Supporting the development of proposals and intellectual property
• Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training
• Coaching project team members and junior staff to fulfil their objectives
• Leading some learning and development and recruiting activities

Who You Are

• A university degree holder with 5+ years of experience in life science or healthcare consulting
• Project management experience focused on large or multiple strategic consulting projects
• Experience working in sizable/multi-disciplined teams and leading employees

In addition to the skills and experience above a should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, graduate degree or MBA not required but a plus

• A track record of leadership and people development

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• A willingness and ability to travel

• Right to live and work in the recruiting country
