Job Overview

• Provide application configuration support on Adverse Event Reporting products including Argus Safety, ArisG and related modules

• Responsible for supporting the client's ability to collect, manage, and visualize vast amounts of data to influence decision-making at all levels

• Development and accountability of deliverables.

• Run SQL against customers PV system to facilitate PV operations

• Design, build and implement configuration/ad-hoc reports for clients

• Closely work with clients to support implementation and resolve issues

• Implement Quality measures to drive operational efficiencies and articulate the value to the customer

• SPOC for client

• End to End solution delivery by ensuring effective communication between vendors and business team etc.

• Requirements Analysis

• Well-versed with ITIL Framework

Experience, Education & Other Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional experience and strong knowledge with real time experience in Drug Safety Products from Oracle/Aris Global – Argus/ArisG

• Working knowledge of writing SQL queries and/or PL/SQL code

• Excellent Bilingual (English + Japanese) Business level communication (Verbal + Written) and inter-personal skills

• Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities

• Japan PV client handling experience as a lead/account manager/Project Manager

• Working experience on associated modules like Argus J, AgExchange/ESM

• Experience in Product, Study, License configuration to any PV system

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), EMA and PMDA

• Btech./BE/ME/MCA/MCS/MSc degree from reputed Institute/University
