Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales strategies in coordination with Sales Manager. Develop sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Plan, organize and manage an sales territory and balance the requirements of multiple business units. Identify and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace. Manage the sales cycle.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers/dealers. Educate customers/dealers on new products and product enhancements.
  • Understand and communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to sales management. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits.
  • Interpret and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting.

Education

  • Degree in Bioscience or relevant field.

Experience

  • Requires a minimum 1 - 2 years sales experience in biotech industry, experience in biotech industry / Research institute is preferred 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Capability in handling both customers and dealers.
  • Goal-oriented with strong drive to the achievement
  • Strong business acumen and proactive customer-focus
  • Resilience and highly innovative in dynamic environments
  • Good English and mandarin communications in both oral and written.
