Location/Division Specific Information

This position will be based in Budapest, Hungary and be part of the Customer Experience team within Enterprise Technology Organization.

How will you make an impact?

As a Salesforce System Analyst you will be responsible to deliver accurate solutions and recommendations to enhancements or projects pertaining to Salesforce environments, aligning with Thermo Fisher Scientifics standards & strategic objectives.

What will you do:

As part of a distributed team, you will be responsible for managing and leading initiatives that relate to gathering and implementing business requirements in the Salesforce.com ecosystem, meanwhile ensuring the overall health of the environment is aligning with industry standards. You will maintain the functional areas of data integrity, object management and process automation, while providing application support and enhancement development. You will be required to meet project deadlines, handle and document detailed tasks.

Keys to Success:

Education/Certifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.

Salesforce.com Administrator certification.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in SalesForce.com CRM Platform.
  • Solid Understanding in Salesforce Administration and Customization, Data Validation, Sales and Service Cloud, SF2SF and custom app development.
  • Ability to analyze organization processes and configuring Salesforce.com to meet business requirements.
  • Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks like profiles, roles, users, page layouts, reports, dashboards, flows, custom formula fields, validation rules, approval process for automated alerts, field updates.
  • Expertise in data migration and maintenance using Data loader.
  • In-depth experience in CRM database schemas like entity relationships and converting to Salesforce custom objects, lookup relationships, junction objects, master-detail relationship.
  • Extensive experience in configuring Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Pick List, Role based Page Layouts, Custom Tabs, Custom Reports, Report folders, report extractions to various formats, creating and modifying Visualforce and Lightning Pages, Record Types, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements.
  • Having administration/config experience on CRM applications like security, mobile application, SSO, Outlook/Einstein features and release management (CI/CD is a plus).
  • Experience in Designing and Building user interfaces, frameworks, components, navigation elements and customization for an extensive, highly interactive cloud-based business application.
  • Understanding the concept of different integrations around a CRM application (ERP, Data Lake, etc.) is a must and solid understanding of integration methods with tools such as OFM and Informatica is nice to have.
  • Have end to end knowledge on Agile Methodology, worked with Scrum Masters, Project managers on delivering requirements.

  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation and deployment process on issues for Future follow-ups.

  • Superb communication and inter-personal skills, working in both large and small team environments.
