The Role

We are currently seeking a Business Information Associate I to join our diverse and dynamic team.  As a member of the Business Information Team, you will play an integral role in ensuring that all Requests for Information (RFI’s) are managed and prepared in an accurate and timely manner.

What you will be doing

  • Creating Request For Information (RFI) project folders on SharePoint and prepare the draft of RFI questionnaires. This may involve reviewing client online portals to ensure the working draft is inclusive of all requirements.

  • Drafts responses to RFI questions utilizing prior responses and our content folders.

  • Collaborate with RFI Specialists, supporting them in completing their RFIs and in transferring RFI responses back to the client’s original template, including online portal submissions.

  • Coordinates RFI Content Library updates and acts as the “owner” for documents (e.g., internal RFI fact sheets).

  • Attend internal meetings providing strategic input to discussions within the BI and external teams, proactively building and maintains effective relationships with respective teams/SME’s. 

  • Performs other tasks as requested by the BI team.

Your Profile:

  • Education: High School or Equivalent working experience

  • Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

  • Oral fluency in English is required; written fluency in English is preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, timelines, and quality.

  • Strong organizational skill set required including time management, demonstrated by ability to multi-task and re-prioritize based upon continuous deadlines and new assignments.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to develop and build successful cooperative relations with colleagues.

  • Competent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of SharePoint and Salesforce preferred. Ability to learn new programs and systems.

  • Must have proven right to work in the country you are applying from.
