The Role:

Senior Project Manager

Location: Brazil, Columbia, Argentina or Mexico

As Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role within ICON by ensuring overall client satisfaction of study delivery. You will be our client’s main contact for ICON's services and providing day-to-day management of clinical studies. As a trusted partner, you will lead client team meetings and manage functional leads towards successful study execution.

Primary client contact for all matters regarding study execution

Plan and implement cross-functional projects; facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies

Manage study timelines and team of functional leads; ensure required functional project plans are established and maintained throughout a study

Lead team meetings and generate study level reports/metrics and minutes. 

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools; oversee study finances

Ensure all appropriate documents are properly maintained in the Trial Master File. Perform additional relevant responsibilities as requested by management.To be successful in the role, you will have: Bachelor’s degree or 4 year degree equivalent

3-5 years work experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Highly organized and able to take care of multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.

Strong communication and leadership skills

Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant regulations for the conduct of clinical trials

Fluency in English -both verbal and written

Analytical, problem-solving skillsCustomer focused with the ability to build excellent rapport with business partners. Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MSProject
