Supervisor, Manufacturing Operators

Job Description

Assigns and supervises the work of all the production activities of one or more areas in production floor, assuring that the production fills the customer’s requirements of volume, quality, and costs in accordance with the established production plan.

- Confers with and advises line leaders concerning manufacturing matters.

- Estimates needs and coordinate materials, labor and equipment.

- Maintain effective working relationships, records and prepares reports.

- Plans, assign, and review work of staff.- Applies principles of supervision, ensures 4 I's and Code of Ethics and conduct are observed, modeled and followed by his/her staff.- Performs staff evaluations adhering to PMD process and implements discipline among the staff.

- Give support to Assembly Superintendent to attended observations of ISO 90001 and ISO 13485 certification process applicate to his area.- Other duties as assigned if require.
