Channel Manager III

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• In close collaboration with the business group and channel agents, develop dealer management strategy to ensure smooth and efficient business operation and growth,balance direct, indirect/ e-business
• Assess performance of channel partners, select and develop appropriate channels and distributors for profitable growth at regional
• Buildbalanced relationships with key channel partners, set objectives and develop programs and marketing initiatives to buildgreat outcome for everyone competence, achieve targets and improve performance
• Analyze market and channel to enable strategic decision-making
• Own the interfaces to relevant internal departments and assure adequate support structures and processes
• Collect the new business opportunities that satisfy the growth of the related territories.

Requirements:

• Education / experience Degree level minimum (Masters or Higher preferred)
• 1+ years’ experience in channel management
• Good written and reading English interpersonal skills are preferable.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
