Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive to eliminate unsafe situations or practices observed with department.  
  • Following work instruction document, standard operating procedures and standard works
  • Assembling product using specific written instructions, blueprints and drawings
  • Perform inspection of in-process and finished product.
  • Daily Schedule adherence.
  • Understand the performance metrics, safety metrics and practices for your team/department.

Experience, skills & abilities required:

  • Demonstrates good attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions, record data accurately and is comfortable using a computer, including e-mail.
  • _Manufacturing experience is preferred, however, is not essential.
  • Consistently demonstrates our 4i Values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation & Involvement

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrates good attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to follow written instructions, record data accurately.

  • Ability to follow complex procedures.
