Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitors and maintains high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales performance forecast and planning activities with other functions and collaborators within the business.
  • Provide thoughtful leadership and critical thinking to align with BID China strategy and support the delivery of the BID China Regional Sales objectives
  • Lead South regional sales team and dealers to drive revenue growth, to pipeline the new business, to increase the market coverage, brand awareness and customer satisfactions
  • Has strong involvement in cross selling program with other divisions
  • Develop distribution network and collaborate with dealers to achieve assigned target
  • Build strategic relationships with existing key accounts, customers and lead team to win important projects
  • Builds a high performing commercial team through strong mentor, leadership. Ensures timely recognition and reward for top performers and deploy performance management actions when needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemistry, Biology or Medicine related degree, Master is preferred
  • 1+ years Sales/Commercial Experience with minimum 5 years leadership experience from Life Science or related industries, experienced of management large scale sales team.
  • Proven record of managing sales teams and achieving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and lead employees to achieve performance objectives.
  • High resilient and results orientated
  • Strong leadership skills in a matrix environment
