Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Identify, build relationships with, and engage with key decision-makers to promote our portfolio of biotech solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring flawless implementation of our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and showcase our products and services

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field, preferably in biotechnology or a related area. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on the biotech industry
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Strong technical background and understanding of biotech products and applications
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend external events and conferences where required to build opportunity pipleline
