Responsibilities:

  • Determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results
  • Provide flawless financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement financial plans and strategies
  • Compete in the market by staying updated on industry trends and benchmarks
  • Support the development and improvement of financial models and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

1. Proficient user of systems (i.e. SAP, Hyperion, Hyperion planning, Power BI, Cognos, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

2. Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to summarize and present information in a concise and effective manner

3. Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work. Ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines and multi-task in deadline driven environment.

4. Good understanding of business processes and operations & financial controls, able to identify control weaknesses in existing process and recommend mitigation actions
