The Role:

Responsible for the data quality maintenance, configuration, testing, end-user support and training associated with the clinical trial systems used in support of business unit operations, i.e. clinical research, lab operations, project management and business administration. By partnering with end-users and technology groups, ensures all incidents are analyzed, resolved, and reported back within the mutually-agreed timeframes.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves clinical systems reported issues via phone, web, email and in-person channels.

  • Supports the development, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation and maintenance of clinical system applications.

  • Implements and documents system change requests and updates and/or creates process documents as needed.

  • Trains and supports end users on the use of the system. Creates, updates and maintains training documentation as needed.

  • Conducts periodic reviews and validation activities to ensure system content and designs meet end-user needs and regulatory requirements and conform to company technology principles, architecture and strategies.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced English level
  • Any Clinical Research Experience
  • Assertiveness - Confident engaging with all levels of leadership
  • Good communication and organization and follow up skills
