Operational Effectiveness Intern

Principle Accountabilities – RWS Global Operations  

Build an understanding of business goals, objectives and needs

Support & contribute towards a diverse range of operational initiatives including supporting program management & contributing towards executing program plans

 Develop slide decks, tailor messaging & create executive summaries to communicate initiative plans, progress & outputs to broad stakeholder audiences

 Perform Excel based analysis in support of operations & assist in resolving business issues using our tools and data

 Be agile & open to participating in new initiatives and priorities as they arise

Candidate Requirements

Excellent interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills.

Enthusiasm to work effectively as a part of a team & comfortable working autonomously.

Strong IT skills preferential for the full Office 365 Suite, especially in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel, although training will be provided.

Flexible team member able to multi-task, act on initiative & comfortable with ambiguity.
