包含基準:
- 2型糖尿病である必要があります。
- 訪問 1 の時点で 30 ～ 75 歳である必要があります。
- インスリングラルギンと経口抗糖尿病薬を少なくとも90日間服用している必要があります。
- 登録時に1日あたり少なくとも30単位のグラルギンを摂取している必要があります。
- 訪問 1 での A1C が 7.5% ～ 12.0% である。
除外基準:
- 過去 6 か月以内に速効型/速効型インスリンを定期的に使用していないこと。
- 過去 6 か月以内に重度の低血糖症が 1 回以上発生してはなりません。
- 体格指数 (BMI) が 45 (病的肥満) を超えてはなりません。
- 投薬が必要なうっ血性心不全を患っていないこと。
- 腎臓移植を受けていないこと、または現在透析を受けていないこと
