- 제2형 당뇨병이 있어야 합니다.
- 1차 방문 당시 30-75세여야 합니다.
- 최소 90일 동안 인슐린 글라진과 경구용 당뇨병 치료제를 복용해야 합니다.
- 등록 시 하루에 최소 30유닛의 글라진을 섭취해야 합니다.
- 방문 1에서 A1C가 7.5%~12.0% 사이입니다.
제외 기준:
- 지난 6개월 동안 정기적으로 신속/속효성 인슐린을 사용하지 않았어야 합니다.
