  2. IDA の参加者は次のように定義されています。

    1. ヘモグロビン <10.0 g/デシリットル (dL)
    2. トランスフェリン飽和度 (TSAT) <20%
  3. 経口鉄剤治療が不十分な既往歴がある方、または経口鉄剤が使用できない方
  4. 妊娠の可能性があり、性的に活動的な女性参加者は、スクリーニング前の少なくとも1か月間、効果的な避妊方法を実施し、研究への参加が完了するまで避妊を続けることに同意する必要があります。

主な除外基準は次のとおりです。

  1. IV鉄に対するアレルギーの病歴
  2. 2種類以上の薬物に対するアレルギー
  3. 透析を受けている参加者、または推定糸球体濾過速度が 30 mL/分(分)/1.73 未満の参加者 平方メートル (m^2)
  4. 妊娠中、妊娠を計画している、授乳中、産後2週間以内、または血清/尿妊娠検査陽性の女性参加者
  5. ヘモグロビン ≤7.0 g/dL

FACIT-Fatigue アンケートは、がんを伴う貧血参加者の健康関連の生活の質に対する疲労および関連症状（倦怠感など）に対する治療の存在と影響を特に評価するために設計され、検証された 13 項目のアンケートです。 アンケートには 13 項目があり、それぞれが 4 点リッカート尺度で測定されます。 スコアの範囲は 0 (最も疲労している) から 52 (最も疲労が少ない) ポイントであり、スコアが高いほど機能が良好であるか、疲労が少ないことを表します。
