脳性麻痺の慢性術後疼痛
研究の目的は、脳性麻痺 (CP) における周術期の疼痛経験の典型的な軌跡を記録し、慢性術後疼痛の発症に対する重要な予測因子を特定することです。 調査員の主な目的は次のとおりです。

術前 1 週間から術後 1、3、6、および 12 か月までの Brief Pain Inventory (BPI) スコアの変化

BPI は、痛みの場所、痛みの強さ(最悪、最低、平均、現時点)、および痛みが日常生活活動(睡眠、人間関係、移動など)をどの程度妨げているかを評価します。
項目は 11 ポイントのスケール (0 = 干渉しない、10 = 完全に干渉) でスコア付けされ、0 ~ 120 の範囲の合計干渉スコアが作成されます (スコアが高いほど、痛みの干渉が多いことを意味します)。
BPI は重度の CP 患者向けに適応され、テストされており、優れた内部一貫性 (Cronbach のアルファ = 0.89) と妥当性の証拠が得られています [1、29、30]。
BPI が完了するまでに、親/子供は 1 ~ 2 分かかります。

痛みの NRS は「ゴールド スタンダード」と見なされ、痛みの強さを定量化するために広く使用されています (0-10 スケール; 0=痛みなし、10=最悪の痛み)。
頭、肩、上腕、肘、前腕、手首/手、背中、腰、太腿、膝、下腿、足首、足の痛みに特化した NRS を使用します。
NRS は関節固有であるため、DPI を補完します。これは、整形外科の結果を評価する際に取得する重要な要素です。
NRS は、保護者/子供が完了するのに 3 分かかります。

DPI は、発達障害のある子供の急性および慢性の痛みを評価するために開発されました。
研究チームは DPI に関してかなりの経験を持っており、痛みのパラメーターは治療後の変化に敏感であることが示されています [30、31]。
DPI が完了するまでに、親/子供は 5 ~ 15 分かかります。

また、睡眠環境、睡眠パターン、睡眠行動を測定する 43 項目のツールである SNAKE Sleep Questionnaire をペアレントレポート経由で収集します (スコアは 23 ~ 92 の範囲で、スコアが高いほど睡眠困難がより高いことを示します)。
このツールは重度障害を持つ個人向けに特別に設計されており、CP を持つ個人も検証サンプルに含まれていました。
SNAKE は親が完了するまでに 2 ~ 5 分かかります。

GOAL の初期データは 2011 年に公開されました [33]。
これは、歩行関連機能の包括的な評価として、歩行可能な CP を持つ個人とその親のために開発されました。
これは、環境と個人的要因の影響を含む、国際生活機能分類、障害、健康分類のすべての領域を組み込んだ結果ツールです [34]。これには 7 つの異なる領域が含まれており、各領域と全体の調査のスコアは標準化されており、範囲は 0 (最悪) から 100 (最高) です。
GOAL の新しい要素は、治療に対する家族の優先順位も組み込まれていることです。
