Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment with exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production schedules and prioritize workload
• Conduct routine inspections and perform flawless assembly of products
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement enhancements
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of production activities
• Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance technical skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
