- 이다루비신과 클라드리빈으로 치료받은 원발성 난치성 또는 재발성 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML) 또는 이차성 AML 소아의 완전 반응률을 결정합니다. (불응성 AML 계층은 2001년 4월 3일자로 폐쇄됨) (2차 AML 계층은 2002년 4월 2일자로 폐쇄됨)
- 1년 또는 그 이전에 재발한 소아와 초기 관해 시점으로부터 1년 이상 경과한 소아의 관해 재유도율을 비교하십시오.
- 이 환자 집단에서 이 요법의 독성 효과를 결정합니다.
개요: 환자는 질병 특성에 따라 계층화됩니다(처음 치료되지 않은 재발이 있는 원발성 또는 속발성 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML) 대 원발성 불응성 AML). (불응성 AML 계층은 2001년 4월 3일자로 폐쇄됨) (2차 AML 계층은 2002년 4월 2일자로 폐쇄됨)
환자는 1-3일에 15분에 걸쳐 이다루비신 IV를, 1-5일에 2시간에 걸쳐 클라드리빈 IV를, 6일에 시작하여 2일 동안 혈구 수가 회복될 때까지 피하 주사로 필그라스팀(G-CSF)을 투여받습니다. 치료는 질병 진행 또는 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 경우 최대 2 과정 동안 3주마다 반복됩니다. 코스 1 완료 후 완전 반응을 달성한 환자는 프로토콜 연구자의 재량에 따라 다른 화학 요법 또는 골수 이식을 진행할 수 있습니다. 골수외 질환이 있는 환자는 증상이 있는 부위에 척수강내 화학요법 또는 방사선요법을 받을 수 있습니다.
