포함 기준:

  • 환자는 1기 단계 IVB, 재발성 또는 지속성 편평 세포 암종, 선편평 암종 또는 수술 및/또는 방사선 요법으로 근치적 치료가 불가능한 자궁경부의 선암종을 가지고 있어야 합니다.
  • 모든 환자는 측정 가능한 질병이 있어야 합니다. 측정 가능한 질병은 적어도 하나의 차원(기록할 가장 긴 차원)에서 정확하게 측정될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 병변으로 정의됩니다. 각 병변은 촉진, 일반 X-레이, 컴퓨터 단층 촬영(CT) 및 자기 공명 영상(MRI)을 포함한 기존 기술로 측정할 때 >= 20mm이거나 나선형 CT로 측정할 때 >= 10mm여야 합니다. 병변이 < 30mm로 측정되거나 치료 의사가 임상적으로 필요하다고 판단하는 경우 생검 확인이 필요합니다. 환자는 고형 종양의 반응 평가 기준(RECIST)에 정의된 대로 이 프로토콜에 대한 반응을 평가하는 데 사용되는 "표적 병변"이 하나 이상 있어야 합니다. 이 병변은 수행된 경우 생검된 병변이어야 합니다. 진행이 문서화되지 않거나 방사선 요법 완료 후 최소 90일 동안 지속성을 확인하기 위해 생검을 받지 않는 한 이전에 조사된 필드 내의 종양은 "비표적" 병변으로 지정됩니다.

  • 환자는 기본 QOL 설문지를 포함하여 모든 사전 등록 요구 사항을 충족해야 합니다.
  • 환자는 항생제가 필요한 활동성 감염이 없어야 합니다.

제외 기준:

  • 요관 스텐트나 경피적 배액술로 호전되지 않는 양측성 수신증 환자

  • 방사선 요법과 병용하는 경우를 제외하고 이전에 화학 요법으로 치료받은 환자

    • 방사선 요법과 동시 파클리탁셀 및/또는 동시 토포테칸을 받은 환자는 자격이 없습니다.
  • 두개척수 전이 환자
  • 비흑색종 피부암 이외의 악성종양을 동반한 환자
  • 지난 5년 이내에 질병의 증거가 있거나 이전 악성 종양 치료가 현재 프로토콜 요법을 금하는 침습성 악성 종양(비흑색종 피부암 제외)이 있는 환자
  • 중증의 치유되지 않는 상처, 궤양 또는 골절이 있는 환자 여기에는 연구 시작 전에 3~6개월의 간격이 지나야 하는 복부 누공, 위장관 천공 또는 복강내 농양의 병력이 포함됩니다. 또한 환자는 천공/누공 및/또는 누공/천공을 유발하는 근본적인 과정의 교정(또는 자연 치유)을 받아야 합니다. 근막 열개 또는 감염의 증거 없이 2차 의도에 의해 치유되는 과립 절개가 있는 환자는 자격이 있지만 매주 상처 검사가 필요합니다.
