- BP 120/80 이상 *(bps는 < 130/80을 보장하기 위해 처음 4주 동안 매주 확인됩니다. - bp가 > 130/80으로 유지되면 JNC VII 지침에 따라 다른 bp 약물을 투여합니다.)
- CKD 그룹의 경우 CKD 3기(GFR 30 - 59 ml/min); 대조군에 대한 CKD 없음
제외 기준:
- 알려진 중요한 CVD(심근경색증(MI), 재발성 뇌졸중 또는 뉴욕 심장 협회(NYHA) 클래스 III 이상의 병력).
- 혈청 칼륨 > 5.2 meq/L
- ACE 억제제 또는 ARB에 대한 알려진 알레르기 또는 과민성
- 피임을 하지 않는 가임기 여성
- 안지오텐신 전환 효소 억제제(ACE-I) 또는 안지오텐신 수용체 차단제(ARB)를 사용한 현재 치료(참고: 6주 휴약 기간 후 ACE-I를 사용하는 경우 참여할 수 있음)
- ACE-I 유발 혈관 부종의 병력
- 혈관 부종, 유전성 또는 특발성 병력

- 2회 연속 반점 소변 단백질/생성 비율에서 500 mg/dL 단백뇨
