기본 목표:

I. 젊은 만성 림프구성 백혈병(CLL) 환자를 대상으로 표준 플루다라빈 인산염, 시클로포스파미드 및 리툭시맙(FCR) 화학면역요법과 비교하여 무진행 생존(PFS)을 연장하는 이브루티닙 기반 유도 요법의 능력을 평가합니다.

  • 국립암연구소(NCI)/만성림프구성백혈병(IWCLL) 기준에 따른 CLL 또는 세계보건기구(WHO) 기준에 따른 소림프구성림프종(SLL) 진단 여기에는 다음과 같은 이전 문서가 포함됩니다.

    • 생검으로 입증된 소림프구성 림프종 또는

    • 다음 모두에 의해 입증되는 NCI/IWCLL 기준에 따른 CLL 진단:

      • 5 x 10^9/L 이상의 말초 혈액 림프구 수

    • CLL에 의한 간 침범으로 인해 값이 더 높으면 환자가 적합합니다.
  • 면역억제 요법 또는 기타 약물 치료를 필요로 하는 활동성 용혈성 빈혈이 없음; Coombs 테스트 양성이지만 용혈의 증거가 없는 환자는 참여에서 제외되지 않습니다.
  • 코르티코스테로이드의 현재 사용 없음; 예외: 비혈액학적 의학적 상태(예: 만성 부신 기능 부전) 허용
  • CLL의 초기 진단 이후 발생한 자가면역 합병증에 대해 이전에 코르티코스테로이드를 사용한 적이 없습니다. 자가면역 합병증 치료 이외의 이유로 코르티코스테로이드를 사전에 사용하는 것은 허용됩니다.
