  • 폐경 전/주변 및 폐경 후 여성과 모든 남성이 이 실험에 참가할 수 있습니다. 폐경기는 다음과 같이 정의됩니다.

    • 연령 < 55세 및 1년 이상 무월경, 에스트라디올 < 20 pg/ml

      • 참고: 위의 폐경 후 기준에 맞지 않는 여성은 폐경 전 또는 폐경 전후로 간주됩니다. 폐경 전/주기 여성 및 모든 남성은 병용 황체 형성 호르몬 방출 호르몬(LHRH) 작용제를 받는 데 동의하는 경우 등록할 수 있습니다. 폐경기 전/폐경기 여성은 무작위 배정 최소 4주 전에 LHRH 작용제로 치료를 시작해야 합니다. 환자가 연구 시작 전에 대체 LHRH 작용제를 받은 경우 시험 기간 동안 고세렐린으로 전환해야 합니다.
  • 성적으로 활동적인 남성 및 폐경기 전/폐경기 여성은 연구에 참여하는 동안 및 치료 중단 후 3개월 동안 허용되고 효과적인 피임 방법을 사용하거나 성교를 삼가는 데 동의해야 합니다.

  • 여성은 임신 중이거나 수유 중이어서는 안 됩니다. 가임 가능성이 있는 모든 여성은 무작위화 2주 전에 혈액 검사 또는 소변 검사를 받아야 합니다.

    • 가임 여성은 성적 취향이나 난관 결찰술 여부에 관계없이 다음 기준을 충족하는 모든 여성입니다. 1) 자궁 적출술 또는 양측 난소 절제술을 받지 않았습니다. 또는 2) 최소 연속 24개월 동안 자연적으로 폐경 후가 아니어야 합니다(즉, 이전 24개월 동안 연속으로 월경을 한 적이 없음).
  • 환자는 알려진 중추신경계 전이 또는 중추신경계(CNS) 전이의 병력이 없어야 합니다. 연수막 질환 환자는 자격이 없습니다.

    • 진행성 질환에 대한 사전 내분비 요법을 포함하거나 포함하지 않는 보조 비스테로이드성 AI 요법 종료 중 또는 종료 =< 12개월 이내 동안 재발
