기본 목표:

I. 진행성/전이성 메르켈 세포 암종(MCC) 환자에서 정위 체부 방사선 요법(SBRT) + 펨브롤리주맙(MK-3475)의 무진행 생존(PFS)을 펨브롤리주맙(MK-3475) 단독과 비교하여 설명합니다.

2차 목표:

I. 고형 종양의 반응 평가 기준(RECIST) 측정 가능(방사선 및 비방사선 모두 포함) 암 침착물에 걸쳐 펨브롤리주맙(MK-3475) 단독과 비교하여 SBRT + MK-3475의 PFS를 설명합니다.

II. 방사성 및 비방사성 침착물 모두에서 pembrolizumab(MK-3475) 단독과 비교하여 SBRT + pembrolizumab(MK-3475)의 전체 반응률을 설명합니다.

III. RECIST에 의해 모든 암 침착물에 걸쳐 펨브롤리주맙(MK-3475) 단독과 비교하여 SBRT + 펨브롤리주맙(MK-3475)의 6개월 PFS를 결정합니다.

  • 환자는 국소 병리학적 검토에 의해 MCC의 병리학적(조직학적 또는 세포학적) 진단이 입증되어야 합니다.
  • 2개 이상의 암 침착물을 포함하여 RECIST 1.1에 기초하여 측정 가능한 질병을 가짐; 최소한 하나의 예금은 RECIST 측정 가능해야 하며 최소한 하나의 예금은 SBRT 기준을 충족해야 합니다. 비방사선 종양은 프로토콜에서 무작위화하기 전에 식별됩니다.
