급성 운동에 대한 뇌혈관 반응에서 전단 응력의 역할
건강한 젊은 성인을 대상으로 다양한 강도의 유산소 운동을 하기 전과 후에 뇌혈관 기능과 말초 혈관 기능을 측정합니다.
연구 개요
상세 설명
급성 유산소 운동은 말초 순환의 혈관 반응성을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났습니다. 그러나 단일 운동 세션이 뇌 순환에 미치는 영향은 알려져 있지 않습니다. 본 연구에서는 고강도와 저강도의 유산소 운동 전후에 뇌혈관 기능과 말초혈관 기능을 측정하고자 한다.
연구 목표는 다음과 같습니다.
- 한 차례의 유산소 운동이 뇌혈관 기능을 급격히 향상시키는지 확인하기 위해
- 건강한 성인의 유산소 운동 강도와 복용량이 뇌혈관 기능에 미치는 영향을 확인합니다.
- 건강한 성인의 뇌혈관 기능의 급성 운동 유발 변화가 말초 혈관 기능의 급성 운동 유발 변화와 연관되어 있는지 확인합니다.
