이 연구는 미숙아의 호흡곤란 증후군(RDS) 치료에서 동기화된 비강 간헐적 양압 환기(SNIPPV) 기술과 결합된 덜 침습적인 계면활성제 투여(LISA)를 평가합니다.

- 출생 체중 < 2500g 및 재태 연령 < 36+6주인 미숙아;
- RDS의 초기 증상이 있는 고위험 미숙아 또는 임상적으로 RDS로 진단된 영아.
- 참여 병원은 윤리위원회의 동의를 얻었습니다.
- 부모의 사전 동의를 얻었습니다.
제외 기준:
- 심각한 선천성 기형.
- 전신 혈역학에 영향을 미치는 중증 청색증 선천성 심장 질환(예: 대동맥 전위, 팔로 사지 등).
- 선천성 유전 대사 질환.
- 부모의 정보에 입각한 동의를 얻지 못했습니다.

PSC는 FiO2 × 지원 + 약물로 정의되었으며, 여기서 FiO2는 실제 또는 '효과적인'(비강 캐뉼라용) FiO2입니다. 지원은 인공 호흡기의 경우 2.5, 비강 지속 양압의 경우 1.5 또는 비강 캐뉼라 또는 후드 산소의 경우 1.0입니다. 약물은 BPD에 대한 전신 스테로이드의 경우 0.20, 일반 이뇨제 또는 흡입 스테로이드의 경우 각각 0.10, 메틸잔틴 또는 간헐적 이뇨제의 경우 각각 0.05입니다.
