이 확장 연구의 목적은 이전에 3상 연구에 앞서 레미브루티닙의 치료 단계를 완료한 만성자발성두드러기(CSU) 참가자의 선택된 그룹에서 레미브루티닙에 대한 장기 효능, 안전성 및 내약성 데이터를 수집하는 것입니다.
이 연구는 또한 해당되는 경우 이전 3상 연구를 완료한 참가자에게 시험 후 액세스를 제공하겠다는 Novartis 약속을 이행합니다.

상세 설명
이것은 글로벌, 다기관, 무작위, 이중 맹검, 위약 대조, 무작위 철회 3b상 확장 연구로, CSU가 적절하게 조절되지 않는 성인 참가자를 대상으로 레미브루티닙의 효능, 안전성 및 내약성을 평가하기 위한 장기 공개 라벨 치료 주기가 뒤따릅니다. H1-AH에 의해. 이 연구는 2개의 Epoch로 구성됩니다. Epoch 1은 이전 remibrutinib 3상 연구를 완료한 참가자를 위한 초기 연구 기간입니다. 에포크 1은 UAS7 환자에 대해 레미브루티닙 또는 위약을 사용한 24주 무작위 중단 기간으로 구성됩니다.
참가자는 1:1 비율로 무작위 배정되어 이중 맹검 위약 대조 24주 철회 단계에 들어갑니다. 맹검 그룹에서 재발(UAS7≥16)인 경우, 참가자는 (재)치료 기간 Epoch 1에 진입하고 24주 동안 레미브루티닙으로 공개 라벨 치료를 받습니다. (재)치료 기간 Epoch 1이 끝나면 참가자는 Epoch 2로 이동합니다.
