이 연구는 두 단계, 즉 사시투주맙 티루모테칸 안전성 시험과 3상 부분으로 진행됩니다. 안전성 도입 단계는 3상 부분의 평가를 위한 용량에서 사시투주맙 티루모테칸의 유효성과 안전성을 평가하는 데 사용될 것입니다. 본 연구의 목적은 제3상 부분에서 재발성 또는 전이성 자궁경부암 환자를 대상으로 2차 치료법으로 의사가 선택한 치료법과 사시투주맙 티루모테칸의 효능 및 안전성을 비교하는 것입니다.
1차 연구 가설은 3상 부분에서 사시투주맙 티루모테칸이 영양막 세포 표면 항원 2(TROP2) 발현 수준이 높은 참가자와 모든 참가자에서 TPC에 비해 우수한 전체 생존율을 보인다는 것입니다.

- 편평 세포 암종, 선편평 세포 암종, 자궁경부 선암종으로 조직학적으로 확진된 진단을 받은 경우
- 재발성 또는 전이성 자궁경부암이 있는 경우
- 연구자가 평가한 고형 종양 반응 평가 기준(RECIST) 1.1에 따라 측정 가능한 질병이 있습니다. 이전에 방사선 조사를 받은 부위에 위치한 병변은 해당 병변에서 진행이 보이면 측정 가능한 것으로 간주됩니다.

- 알려진 활동성 중추신경계(CNS) 전이 및/또는 암종성 수막염
- 전신 치료가 필요한 활동성 감염
- 카포시 육종 및/또는 다심성 캐슬만병 병력이 있는 HIV 감염 참가자
- 활성 B형 간염 및 활성 C형 간염 바이러스 감염이 동시에 발생함
- 사시투주맙 티루모테칸 또는 의사 선택 치료(TPC) 및/또는 그 부형제 또는 기타 생물학적 요법에 대한 중증 과민증(≥3등급)
- 대수술에서 적절히 회복되지 않았거나 지속적인 수술 합병증이 있는 참가자

Participant responses to the questions "Were you limited in doing either your work or other daily activities during the past week?"
and " Were you limited in pursuing your hobbies or other leisure time activities during the past week?"
will be scored on a 4-point scale (1=Not at All to 4=Very Much).
Using linear transformation, raw scores are standardized, so that scores range from 0 to 100.
Higher scores indicate a more impaired level of role functioning.
Change from baseline in the role functioning score will be presented.
