Project Manager, Salesforce Implementation

Location: Warsaw, Budapest or Prague.

As a Customer Engagement Project Manager you will be responsible for a successful delivery of IQVIA’s suite of Customer Engagement Solutions for external customers in agreed scope, schedule and budget.

Orchestrated Customer Engagement - IQVIA

You will be managing multi-country and cross-functional team, designing and delivering solutions to support our Customers business across the world.

As member of Customer Engagement Delivery Team, you’ll play a crucial role in improving IQVIA results, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality of delivered solutions, effective project management.

Main Responsibilities

• Support of the Sales team by performing initial discovery and scoping
• Estimation of project budget and schedule (with a support of technical team)
• Planning, assigning and monitoring all the tasks of implementation projects
• Collect and document business requirements
• Predict and mitigate project risks
• Establish and develop transparent and regular project communications with the clients, as well as with all team members and stakeholders
• Manage stakeholders' expectations and priorities
• Lead, engage, support and motivate the team to perform on a good pace

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• 3+ years project management, business analysis experience on IT implementations
• CRM implementation experience
• Familiarity managing and working with geographically spread teams/colleagues around the world
• Experience implementing multiple projects, large to small, across multiple clients
• Experience in working with external clients
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in English and Polish (or Hungarian/Czech - depending on the country), written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure with strong leadership and ownership

Desired/Preferred

• Formal project management certification
• Experience working for a Systems Integrator
• Experience with project implementation on SFDC platform, with Admin certification.
• Fluency in languages other than English
