Wieloośrodkowe, podłużne badanie obserwacyjne pacjentów z autosomalną dominującą wielotorbielowatością nerek (ADPKD) w celu ustalenia częstości, charakterystyki i czynników determinujących progresję choroby

Aby zebrać charakterystykę pacjentów z ADPKD w szerokiej populacji, w czasie, aby lepiej zrozumieć postęp choroby (oznaki, objawy i wyniki). Związek ze zmianami całkowitej objętości nerek i innymi miarami postępu choroby zostanie określony w celu zidentyfikowania populacji o zwiększonym ryzyku postępu choroby. Kryteria przyjęcia:

  • istniejąca diagnoza ADPKD według zmodyfikowanych kryteriów Ravine'a
  • Całkowita objętość nerek >= 300 cm3/m2 wysokości w badaniu ultrasonograficznym lub >= 250 cm3/m2 wysokości w badaniu MRI

Kryteria wyłączenia:

  • Obecne lub spodziewane (w ciągu najbliższych sześciu miesięcy) interwencje w leczeniu ADPKD wpływające na objętość nerek
