Szczegółowy opis
Pediatrzy uczestniczący w CrescNet dostarczają pseudonimizowane dane dotyczące wzrostu, wagi i obwodów głowy pacjentów do rejestru CrescNet. Dane dotyczące wzrostu są oceniane przez zautomatyzowane algorytmy filtrów i przez endokrynologa dziecięcego. CrescNet nie ma dostępu do pacjentów ani danych osobowych pacjentów. Każdy uczestniczący pediatra otrzymuje kwartalny raport z badań przesiewowych z zaleceniami dotyczącymi postępowania u dzieci z nieprawidłowym wzrostem lub nieprawidłowym rozwojem masy ciała lub wskaźnika masy ciała.
Rejestr danych jest wykorzystywany do celów naukowych. Gromadzenie danych od zdrowych dzieci pozwala na generowanie opartych na dowodach stwierdzeń o częstości występowania zaburzeń wzrostu, a także o wskaźnikach zaburzeń rozwoju masy ciała. W tym celu dane są dostarczane całkowicie zanonimizowane, bez możliwości wyciągania wniosków na temat danych osobowych pacjentów.
