Inclusion Criteria:
- Eligible patients will be men and women of non-child bearing potential, 18 through 75 years of age diagnosed with high cholesterol
Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients with CHD or CHD-equivalent disease (except diabetes)
- Diabetics on statins
