Inclusion Criteria:
- group A: non obese oocyte donors (BMI: 18 - 29 kg. /m2)with proven fertility
- group B: obese oocyte donors: (BMI: >29 kg./m2)with proven fertility
- group C: obese (BMI: >29 kg./m2) infertile patients,
Exclusion Criteria:
- recurrent miscarriage
