Inclusion Criteria:

  • Lives in United Kingdom
  • 'likely' or 'confirmed' diagnosis of PCD
  • able and willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion Criteria:

  • unwilling to participate in the study
  • not meeting inclusion criteria
