Collect Results of Medical and Nursing Record,Physical Examination, Blood Test and Radiological Examination of Multiple Trauma Patients and Activated Trauma Team to Find the Correlation With Patient's Morality and Mobility

This study aims to analyze statistical data on physiological examination values, blood test results, and radiological findings in patients admitted to the emergency department for severe trauma. Given the diverse symptoms and varying mortality rates associated with severe trauma, this research seeks to understand and develop a feasible emergency department assessment model for rapid diagnosis and treatment assessment before the onset of severe trauma patients.

Study Overview

Detailed Description

  1. This is a single-center retrospective study of patients admitted to the emergency department, primarily reviewing the medical records, emergency room observations, and patient examination findings.
  2. Starting in August 2025, the investigators collected data from patients who visited the hospital's emergency department from September 2015, focusing on retrospective medical records, hospital observations, and patient examination findings, including statistical analysis of physiological examination values, blood test values, and radiological examination results.
  3. This data can assist and remind attending physicians in the prognostic diagnosis of similar patients.
  4. This study will explore specific methods and effectiveness in improving the response of attending physicians to patients admitted with severe trauma.
  5. The benefits and economics of this operational model to increase the likelihood of accurate diagnosis and timely assessment of patients with severe trauma arriving at the emergency department, while also improving the quality of hospital staff allocation.
