Site Contracts Administrator

Prepares and delivers investigator / institution research-related agreements to sites. Including but not limited to Clinical Trial Agreements, Budgets, Supplemental Agreements, Amendments, etc.
•    Corresponds with investigator sites to obtain contract and budget status updates.
•    Updates and maintains study trackers with site statuses and activities.
•    Supports the Site Contracts Associates with template population, distribution, site follow up, finalization and tracking of studies.
•    Assists Site Contracts Management with study or departmental reports, as needed.
•    Follow instructions given by Site Contracts Associate and Site Contracts Management Team.
•    Updates study and departmental databases.
•    Saves finalized contracts into the appropriate study and departmental folders.
•    Conducts all activities according to appropriate IQVIA Biotech and/or sponsor SOPs. 
•    Performs other duties as required.
