Job Summary
We are looking for Operations Assistant to our Operational team. Position will be hourly paid fixed-term contract in our Kuopio site (until 30.4.2024). There will tentatively work from few days until a full week. This position would be well suited for students or employees seeking part-time job.
The tasks consist of 1) project follow-up and updates, 2) managing archives and 3) general administration. The job requires precision, great communication and process management skills. The work also provides an opportunity to develop project managing processes.
Job Qualifications
• Education and work experience: Studies in Science(study)/business or previous work experience in similar jobs are considered an advantage. • Skills: Good oral and written English. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Good IT skills including MS Office. Knowledge of SAP and Smartheet tools are considered an advantage. • Physical requirements: Able to work independently and as guided.
