SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGER

Uppsala, Sweden

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Our ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD) is looking for a Supplier Quality Manager that is a key role to strengthen the Supplier Quality Assurance activities within the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Development and implementation of processes in the quality management system for Supplier Quality to assure compliance to ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements
• Risk based selection, classification, qualification, evaluation and monitoring of suppliers, contractors, and consultants of products and services
• Monitoring and Improvement of Supplier Quality Performance (metrics) and leadership for periodic Supplier Quality Reviews
• Preparation and attendance in internal and external audits of the Supplier Quality processes
• Participating in Quality Audits at suppliers
• Responsibility for repository of Supplier Quality related documentation
• Supporting, participation and management of supplier related changes
• Supporting and participating in Product Development and other projects and activities related to selection, classification and qualification of suppliers
• Managing of Supplier Complaints and Supplier Corrective Action Reports

IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?

To succeed in this role you should have:

• A university degree in Science or Engineering or corresponding work experience
• Senior work experience within Quality Management/Quality Assurence/Supplier Quality within the Medical Device or Life Science industry
• Strong interpersonal skills, driving cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to organize work, can decide about and reach objectives for the processes
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Strong ability to drive tasks/projects to closure in a timely fashion
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Swedish and English

You are a solid team player who is good at building relationships with other people and has the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
