The IT Service Delivery manager is responsible for managing the output of the ITSM team in their daily activities as well as in the analysis and process improvements that are implemented to make the internal and IT customer experience a class leading service for the business.

Reporting to and working closely with the IT Operations Director, this role is integral within the function in delivery high quality knowledge, experience, support and analysis.

Experience and Education:ITIL V4 CertifiedExperience leading a multicultural, worldwide teamExperience successfully evolving IT processesBS/BA or relevant work experienceStrong English written and verbal skills required.
