As a Product Manager, LCMS Medical Devices you will play a meaningful role in driving the success of our products through effective planning, execution, and coordination. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of innovative products that ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the division and company.

A Day in the life

  • Lead a cross-functional team to develop and implement the global strategy, ensuring that objectives, regulatory compliance, goals, risk, and budget requirements are met.
  • Partner with our Vertical Marketing team to ensure alignment on strategy and go to market execution.
  • Responsible for product planning and product marketing. This includes owning the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with cross-functional team to deliver on strategy.
  • An ability to establish and lead critical initiatives to support the overall business strategy
  • Successful implementation of significant business initiatives, especially those reaching across divisional and organizational boundaries to meet targets
  • Actively seek and provide market intelligence, competitive landscape and voice of the customer data to help advise on core and new service market opportunities

Education

  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Life Sciences or Engineering field.
  • Master’s in business (MBA) preferred

Experience

  • Proven experience within the clinical or related industry with experience in medical device.
  • Previous experience developing and/or bringing a Medical Device product to the market
  • Be a subject matter authority in IVD or other regulated business environments such as IVDR, FDA, QSR, LDT

  • Excellent communication, team-building, and leadership skills

  • Shown success working in a global, matrixed-environment with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Travel international/national up to 20%
