Media Supervisor

In this role, you will lead our integrated media buying and execution along with our respective agency teams within Syneos Health. As a Media Supervisor, you should have a thorough understanding of media buying/contracting, trafficking, and campaign execution and reporting. You will:

  • Help to cultivate and further the media team relationships with key publishers and vendors within the pharmaceutical advertising space
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance to support the team in identifying trends and providing recommendations for optimizing the performance of our campaigns
  • Train our media buyers and planners in team processes and approach to campaign setup, execution, and reporting
  • Maintain all partnerships across our media group, and own the media strategy, planning and execution of key customers

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ senior experience in integrated media planning and buying
  • Knowledge of digital and audience buying
  • Pharmaceutical and agency experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
