Job Summary:

The Regional Business Director will be responsible for building and leading a team of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) account specialists, launching approved products, creating and executing strategies, developing people, managing performance and driving results for approved products. The RBD will effectively analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern and is responsible for the management of sales, pre-launch activities, strategic business planning and implementation of approved products for their assigned region.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree required
• Minimum of 7+ years pharma sales experience, 5+ years in sales management
• Specialty Pharma, Rare Disease or Orphan Drug experience is highly preferred
• Buy and Bill, hospital and institutional knowledge highly preferred
• Experience in building and leading sales team, developing people and/or experience with a new product launch is desirable
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare, unless otherwise specified
